1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the Poker Game website and mobile application, including all games, features, promotions, payment services and customer support interactions. By accessing or using the platform in any way — including simply browsing the site — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and Poker Game. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or other communication, these Terms take precedence.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Poker Game, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be accessing the platform as an individual on your own behalf — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on Poker Game. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using different contact details, devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your account credentials with any third party. Poker Game will never ask you for your full password through any communication channel including email, live chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

Account registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your Poker Game account under any circumstances.

• Register using a valid mobile number that you own and control.
• Use a password that is sufficiently strong and unique to this platform.
• Keep your contact details up to date — particularly your mobile number, which is used for account verification and withdrawal confirmations.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

4 Deposits

Poker Game accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) only. We do not accept foreign currency deposits and no currency conversion is performed on this platform. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly after successful payment confirmation. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically the fastest, often reflecting within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of depositing.
• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Poker Game does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider before depositing.
• If a deposit does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference for investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. Poker Game does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the Withdrawal page.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal page — please check there for current processing times.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard security measure and not a penalty.
• Withdrawals are only paid to accounts or mobile wallets registered in your own name matching the details on your Poker Game account.
• Any bonus-related wagering requirements must be met before the relevant portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Poker Game reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for additional verification checks where there is a reasonable security concern. In such cases, our support team will contact you to request the necessary documentation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Poker Game offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are for individual, personal use only — one per player, per household, per device and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Poker Game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any wagering requirements already in progress being honoured.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unused or unmet bonus funds expire after the period stated in the promotion terms.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on Poker Game — including slot games, live casino titles, fish games, poker, baccarat, roulette and all other categories — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By playing any game on the platform, you accept those game-specific rules alongside these Terms.

The house maintains a mathematical edge across all game categories on Poker Game. This is the standard structure of gaming platforms and we are transparent about it. There is no guaranteed winning strategy and past results do not predict future outcomes.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live games and by real-time dealer action for live casino titles.
• Technical malfunctions void all related bets and plays. If a technical error affects your session, contact support with the game details and session timestamp.
• Poker Game is not responsible for losses incurred due to network issues on the player's side, including disconnections during active game sessions.
• Any winnings generated through a clear error — such as incorrect odds display or system malfunction — are not valid and will not be paid out.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Poker Game and constitute a serious breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain — any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financially fraudulent activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Any conduct intended to disrupt the platform's normal operation or negatively impact the experience of other players.

Where prohibited activity is identified, Poker Game reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation, and take further action as appropriate.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Poker Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is suspected.
• The account holder fails to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious transaction activity is detected that warrants investigation.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction has been requested by the player.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes or fraudulent payment activity is associated with the account.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deducting any unsettled bonus obligations) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Where an account is suspended for breach of Terms, any balance held may be withheld pending the outcome of our investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Poker Game platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software and all other materials — is the intellectual property of Poker Game or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from Poker Game. Unauthorised use of platform content is a breach of intellectual property rights and these Terms.

11 Privacy & Data

Poker Game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at pokergame.vu/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

We collect information necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing and customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash or Easypaisa) is limited to what is necessary for transaction processing.

12 Responsible Gaming
